Google Ad Grants management
$10,000 a month in free Google ads. We make sure you keep it.
Eligible nonprofits get up to $10,000 every month in Google Search ads, paid for by Google. We apply, build and run the account so your camp, ministry or program shows up when people search for it.
For eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofits through the Google for Nonprofits program.

click-through rate Google requires, every month, to keep the grant
The catch
The ads are free. Running them isn't.
Google sets strict rules for grant accounts and checks them every month. Miss them and the account gets suspended.
Keep a 5% click-through rate
At least 5 of every 100 people who see your ads have to click. Every month.
Track real results
Sign-ups, registrations and donations have to be counted correctly inside Google Ads.
Follow the keyword rules
No single-word or overly broad keywords. Low-quality keywords have to go.
Build it Google's way
Every campaign needs the required ad groups, ads and sitelinks before it can run.
That's our job. We keep you compliant, keep your ads running, and grow your results.
What the grant can do

Recruit volunteers
Reach adults in your area who want to give their time.

Reach the people you serve
Help parents, schools and neighbors find your programs.
People searching for
Grow donors and sponsors
Bring in new givers and event sponsors who care about your cause.
People searching for
$10,000 is the ceiling, not the starting line.
How much of the grant you use depends on how many people search for what you offer in your area. Local nonprofits often start smaller. That's normal.
A smaller account that's run right beats a big one that gets suspended. Each month we add goals, keywords and pages so you use more of the grant.

Questions
What nonprofits ask us first
Is the $10,000 really free?
Yes. Google gives the ad credit to eligible nonprofits every month, and you never pay for the clicks. You pay us to apply for the grant, build the account and manage it so it stays active.
Why not run it ourselves?
You can. The rules are strict and Google checks them every month. When an account drops below a 5% click-through rate or loses its tracking, Google can pause it. We keep it in line so your team stays focused on the mission.
How long until our ads are live?
It depends on how quickly Google verifies your nonprofit. Once you're verified, we build the account and submit it. You'll get a clear timeline on our first call.
We already have a grant account. Can you help?
Yes. We'll audit it, fix whatever is breaking the rules and grow what's working. If it's been suspended, we'll work on getting it reinstated.
Who owns the account?
You do. Your ads, data and reports belong to your organization. If you ever leave, we hand over full access.
Do you mark up ad spend?
No. On the Grant + Paid plan, ad spend is billed straight to you with no markup or commission.
